Privacy policy

This privacy policy describes how ESSIVE Interior Design (the "Studio") processes data you provide through forms and communication channels, together with a limited set of technical data required to operate the website and attribute enquiries.

1. What data we collect

We collect data you provide voluntarily: name, phone number, messenger contact, email address, property information and comments. We may also record a random browser code such as ES-XXXXXXXX, the selected contact channel, click date and time, page address, UTM parameters, yclid/gclid, Yandex Metrica ClientID, the first landing page and referral source.

2. Purposes of processing

The data is used to respond to your request, clarify the task, prepare a proposal, associate an enquiry with its advertising source, monitor lead delivery and evaluate website performance. We do not sell data or use it for marketing mailings without your consent.

3. Services involved in processing

The website uses Vercel (hosting and private lead storage), FormSubmit (backup email delivery), Yandex Metrica and Google Ads (analytics and advertising attribution). If you choose Telegram, WhatsApp or MAX, data is sent to that service at your request and processed under its own terms.

4. Storage and protection

The browser code is kept in localStorage for up to 90 days and can be removed earlier by clearing this website's browser data. Lead and contact-click records are kept in private storage no longer than required to handle enquiries and analytics. We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request the clarification, blocking or deletion of your personal data, as well as to withdraw your consent to its processing, by sending a request to studio@essive.design.

6. Consent and data controls

By submitting a form or starting a conversation through a selected channel, you consent to processing the submitted data under this policy. To locate and delete a technical enquiry record, include the ES-XXXXXXXX code shown in the prepared message, if available.

7. Changes

The Studio may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
