A concept nail coworking for independent specialists — an aesthetic, well-considered space to rent workstations.

PILOCHKA is a concept nail coworking for independent specialists who rent workstations in an aesthetic, well-considered environment. An expressive contemporary concept built for a professional community, demanding clients and a new level of urban service.
The concept is built around the image of a nail file — a precise line, a cut, sanding and polishing. In the interior this reads through elongated forms, soft roundings, diagonal light cuts, and matte and glossy surfaces. The space is bold and high-tech, yet warm and comfortable for everyday work.
The palette is based on warm grey microcement, a graphite ceiling, powder-pink engineered stone, deep berry accents, chrome and soft pink lighting. The contrast of rough and polished textures supports the main idea of the project.

A complete concept was developed for the entrance group, the welcome desk, the waiting area, the manicure hall, the pedicure zone, storage, technical passages and a guest restroom.
The welcome zone is designed as an expressive architectural accent: an elongated sculptural desk echoes the shape of a nail file, while a diagonal light line on the wall supports the idea of a cut and polish. The manicure hall is designed as a workspace with clear ergonomics, correct seating for specialists and clients, built-in extraction and tidy storage — without decorative overload.
The pedicure zone is more intimate: soft chairs, compact foot baths, a podium with delicate lighting and tactile finishes. The waiting area carries the project's character through rounded furniture, chrome and dimmed pink light, while the restroom is deliberately restrained. Special attention was given to light: light lines, hidden furniture lighting and soft ceiling illumination create the project's recognisable image.
