We analyse the layout, ceiling heights, wet points, ventilation, restrictions and the potential for seating, storage, mezzanine levels and future implementation.

Result: you understand the property's possibilities before signing the contract.

02Commercial interior design projectThe studio's core service — a complete design project for fit-out, procurement and opening.

We develop the layout, concept, visualisations, working drawings and the selection of materials, furniture, lighting and key items.

Result: you have a clear project you can take straight into implementation.

03Concept from scratch or brandbook adaptationWe help create a space's image or adapt a ready brand concept.

If the project has no visual idea yet, we shape the atmosphere, style and character of the space. If the property opens under a franchise or brandbook, we adapt the existing concept to the layout, budget, timeline and technical conditions.

Result: the interior keeps the brand's character and becomes convenient for real-world operation.

04Design that meets regulationsWe account for the property's purpose, technical limitations and operational requirements.

We work with the logic of commercial spaces: wet points, ventilation, evacuation routes, equipment, mezzanine levels and the specifics of spaces with special requirements.
