Franchise and chain location interior design

A recognisable brand in the real geometry of a specific site.

We connect the design code, operating model, chain requirements and site constraints. Versions, deviations and approvals are recorded before procurement and construction.

For one location, we adapt an existing standard to the address. For a growing chain, we help define rules that can be repeated and changed in a controlled way.

01Two scenarios
Franchisee

Adapt the standard to a selected site

We review current chain documents, separate mandatory and variable elements and connect them to planning, engineering and local conditions.

Outcome: a location-specific project and a clear approval package.
Brand owner or chain

Create or update the design code

We define the brand core, permitted variants, criteria for alternatives, local adaptation rules, responsibilities and version updates.

Outcome: a controlled system rather than reference images without rules.
02Decision matrix

Retain

Mandatory identity elements, functions and parameters defined by the current chain documents.

Adapt

Quantity, position, size and details within the rules and the limits of the chosen site.

Approve

Substitutions, local alternatives and deviations before ordering, with reason, version and area of use.

03Location process
01Review inputs

Brand book, design code, contractual appendices, operating requirements, plan and landlord rules.

02Develop planning

Functions, equipment, flows, storage, service and local engineering constraints.

03Record deviations

Every change has a reason, owner and approval status before procurement.

04Issue the project

Visualisations, drawings, schedules and the approved package for the specific location.

Before work starts

What to request from the chain first

01Current brand book and design code version
02Mandatory elements and permitted substitutions
03Operating standard and equipment list
04Supplier and alternative approval requirements
05Approval route and decision owners
06Issue format and version naming rules
Outcome

One location, one approved framework

01Design-code matrix

What is mandatory, what can change and who approves a deviation.

02Local project

Planning and identity developed for the geometry and conditions of the address.

03Documentation

Drawings, specifications and recorded decisions for implementation.

04Versions and status

A clear record of the current file, approved decisions and open items.

The fee depends on the chain task

For one location, the general ESSIVE guide is from RUB 3,900/m², with a minimum project fee from RUB 300,000. A chain design code, roll-out programme and support for multiple locations are estimated after reviewing the source material.
