About the project

SOLER is an intimate fitness and spa centre at a boutique hotel. The concept is built around the feeling of soft southern light, sandy tones, natural stone and the calm architecture of restoration.

The interior is held in a warm mineral palette: milk, sand, warm grey-beige, clay, the shade of light oak and natural stone. The finishes use decorative plaster, microcement, travertine, light wood, linen and matte metal hardware.

The main idea was to create not just a sports area at a hotel, but a secluded space for movement, care and restoration — where training, water treatments and massage are experienced as one ritual of rest.

What was considered

A complete interior concept was developed for all the main areas of the centre: the entrance, the waiting area, the transition spaces, the yoga, pilates and training halls, the spa zone with a hydromassage plunge pool, the hammam, the sauna, the massage room, the facial treatment room, the changing rooms, the showers and the guest restroom.

The entrance is calm and minimal: a sculptural desk with a delicate relief on its face, smooth walls in warm decorative plaster, built-in light-wood storage and soft diffused light. The sports halls differ in mood while staying part of one concept: the yoga hall is a bright space of silence and breath, the pilates hall carries the project's main accent — a flowing relief reminiscent of sand dunes — and the training hall is more collected and functional.

The spa block includes a water zone with a hydromassage plunge pool, a hammam and a sauna — with an emphasis on mineral textures, soft steam and warm wood. The massage and facial rooms are designed as private spaces for restoration. The changing rooms, showers and restroom carry the overall character through light wood, matte stone and rounded mirrors. Light is used sparingly — it underlines the architecture and textures without overloading the interior, so the space reads as calm, coherent and visually refined.
